Before Project Commencement:
Clients may request a cancellation in writing before the project begins. In such cases, any upfront payments made will be refunded minus administrative or consultation charges (if applicable).
After Project Has Commenced:
If the cancellation is requested after the project has started, refunds will be pro-rated based on the work completed up to the cancellation request date.
No refunds will be issued for completed milestones or deliverables already handed over.
Monthly/Retainer-Based Services:
For ongoing services (e.g., SEO, social media management), cancellations must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Change of mind after work has started
Delays caused by client in providing required materials or feedback
Work that has already been completed and delivered
Dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., algorithm changes, external hosting issues)
Partial Refunds:
In special cases where project scope is partially fulfilled and agreed deliverables remain undelivered due to our limitations, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion.
No Refunds on Third-Party Costs:
Payments made for third-party tools, subscriptions, ads, plugins, or domains purchased on the client’s behalf are non-refundable.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
